Your service is horrible. I have no item and have not heard from them since. I called again after 21 days and was told I have to wait another 7 days while they file a claim.
They in turn passed this order on to a company called ANTonline who said they shipped it on January 14, 2009 and gave me a tracking number. I have to date, February 10, 2009 not received the product. I ordered two pair of Motorola radio earbuds on January 10, 2009 from Amazon.com.
I have called ANTonline three times and they keep telling me I had to wait 21 days and that it is on it's way. I will never buy another product thru Amazon.com The tracking number is bogus.
I called UPS and they have no idea where the package is.
It was about the only thing I could comfortably wear all day (I can't stand having one of those earbuds jammed in my canal). The Receiver shown here is their new model, which has a much smaller (2mm).
If you have compatible equipment, however, this should be a comfortable and useful accessory. plug.
Motorola used to sell a Flexible Ear Receiver with a standard earphone plug (3.5mm, I think) that I used with a walkie talkie at work. Unfortunately, Motorola says they don't make that configuration any more.
It's especially good if you listen more than you talk - I could hear everything with the radio clipped to my belt as I went about my day, and when I picked it up to talk into it, people could tell I was "on the phone." It fit my ear perfectly, and is adjustable to boot (sorry, Brian, but maybe you're putting it on wrong.).
I found it also worked great with my portable radio, CD player, and laptop (mono only, obviously).
It is very poorly designed. I bought this years ago, but I never could get it to fit on my ear. I'm not sure it would fit on anyone's ear.
