I was going to say more but it's simply this SAVE YOUR MONEY on this item. After spending an inordinate amount of time removing it from the packing it was defective.
The item served its use; however not the quality I thought it was priced at.
They work very well with the Trisquare radios. I bought these headphones to use with Trisquare eXRS radios. They are sensitive enough for the VOX on the Trisquare. They are comfortable and the boom mic can be positioned at a desired distance from your mouth. I wanted a headset with a boom mic rather than the earbuds that came with the Trisquare. The description of these headsets did not specify that they would work with eXRS but the price was good so I gave them a try.
the end plug on the device, didnt work on any of my phones and the coknnection was horrible at bestif i had not thrown out the packagiung, it would have been sent back alnmost immediatelywould not recommend this to ANYONE
Your service is horrible. I have no item and have not heard from them since. I called again after 21 days and was told I have to wait another 7 days while they file a claim.
They in turn passed this order on to a company called ANTonline who said they shipped it on January 14, 2009 and gave me a tracking number. I have to date, February 10, 2009 not received the product. I ordered two pair of Motorola radio earbuds on January 10, 2009 from Amazon.com.
I have called ANTonline three times and they keep telling me I had to wait 21 days and that it is on it's way. I will never buy another product thru Amazon.com The tracking number is bogus.
I called UPS and they have no idea where the package is.
